Make your next move. Choose Wells.
Whether you’re just down the road or coming from the other side of the country, we’d love to have you join our community and complete your college journey at Wells College!
Wells defines a transfer student as one who has attempted or earned any college credits at a post-secondary institution after the summer in which they earned their high school diploma, or its equivalent.
Although you may transfer any number of credits to Wells, you must take 48 credit hours at Wells to fulfill the College’s residency requirement. Wells accepts credits for non-developmental coursework with grades of C- or better.
We make transferring easy by offering credit evaluations before you enroll. You’ll know exactly what requirements you’ve fulfilled and which ones you need to complete to receive your degree at Wells. Transfer students also benefit from special advising and orientation programs.
